Almea Pilates was born from a yoga and pilates instructor's idea: to bring her method online and make it accessible anywhere. The goal was to build a platform that not only tells the story of her work, but generates recurring revenue through a subscription model, giving members access to exclusive content and classes.
& results
We built the site around an e-commerce infrastructure driven by a subscription purchase: once subscribed, users unlock a full library of reserved content and classes, ready to enjoy from home at any time.
The most delicate and defining part of the project was structuring these members-only areas: pages and videos visible only after subscribing, with smooth, secure access management. A true membership system, designed to give members a simple experience and the instructor a stream of recurring revenue.
