The undersigned, whose details are provided above,
AUTHORISES the selected client and all those acting on its behalf to: (i) capture, by television, photographic or film means, their image, statements, voice and name, with the right to record, reproduce, print and project them; (ii) use, reuse, publish and republish, within institutional and/or internal publications intended for distribution, the aforementioned video and photographic images depicting them, in colour or black and white, in the formats and on the media determined by editorial needs. This authorisation for the use and transfer of image rights is granted without time limits and without any compensation, in order to best illustrate and promote the activities carried out.
This authorisation does not allow the use of the images in contexts that harm personal dignity and decorum, nor for uses or purposes other than those indicated above. I authorise, free of charge and without time limits, also pursuant to articles 10 and 320 of the Italian Civil Code and articles 96 and 97 of Law no. 633 of 22 April 1941 (Copyright Law), the transmission, publication and/or distribution in any form of audio, video or photographic material in which the undersigned appears or is otherwise recognisable.
Publication and distribution may take place: 1) on websites; 2) on social channels (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok); 3) on printed media and/or any other means of distribution, including atypical ones.
I also authorise the storage of the material in digital archives and acknowledge that the purpose of such publications is informative and educational. The video and photographic material will not be used for commercial purposes; this authorisation excludes any use for profit and any transfer to third parties. I acknowledge that the material, once made public, may be acquired and republished by third parties, even without the consent of the data subject.
RELEASES the selected client from any prejudicial effect that may arise from improper or incorrect use, by third parties, of the aforementioned audio, photo and video material.
CONFIRMS having no claims in relation to the above and irrevocably waiving any right, action or claim arising from what has been authorised.
For the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, it is acknowledged that the personal data provided will be processed and used, with or without the aid of electronic tools, for the purposes indicated above, and it is confirmed that the information notice pursuant to article 13 has been received.
